Based in Livonia, MI, Crain Heating and Cooling, LLC is a family-owned & operated company serving residential customers throughout SE Michigan with a wide range of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services.  Founded in 1954 by Leon Pritchard, the company has evolved into Crain Heating and Cooling and has been continuously run by three generations of the Pritchard / Crain family.  During that time the business has developed a reputation for unsurpassed customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing.

We support past Pritchard customers.

After the family sold the Pritchard business in 2014, many long-term Pritchard customers have not been able to get reliable service on their HVAC equipment from new ownership. However, Crain Heating and Cooling will honor any existing Pritchard service contracts or warranties issued before 2014. It's our way of trying to help our past customers who supported us for so many years.
